This department was started in the year 2016 when the medical college was established to start the MBBS course. The department is primarily engaged in the teaching & training of undergraduate medical students pursuing MBBS course.

It’s a dynamic department that emphasizes critical and logical thinking in its students through various teaching methods. Medical Physiology is a branch of medicine that deals with the study of function of the human body and the regulation of the different body systems.

Physiology department focuses on understanding how the human body functions, from the molecular level to organ systems and the whole organism. It’s a foundational science for medicine, providing the basis for understanding health and disease. Physiology department is also actively involved in research to advance the understanding of normal bodily functions and how they are affected by disease.
